I'd like to think the Rays can do a lot better for Eflin. The 3 players coming back to the Rays are bottom of the roster / depth pieces. Rays have a deep system already and don't really need that. Plus, deadline trades usually result in overpays, either in the form of quality, total value or both. This trade fails in that regard too.
