Down vote for Oakland. Yiddi Cappe is an interesting SS prospect in High-A, currently hitting 255/318/367. But the A's have SS prospect Jacob Wilson in AA, hitting 429/443/679. Even if (when) the A's trade Blackburn they aren't going to want a SS in return.

How many SS you already have shouldn’t factor in if you like the player. Most move once in the majors. But I understand if you specifically want pitching back.
It should absolutely factor, especially if the prospect in question has a bat that might not play off the 6. If you're projecting Cappe to have a bat that can play at 3B or the OF then... I'm not seeing the same projection you are.
