Cleveland isn't after Carlson...
I don't see Cleveland having any interest in the overrated, oft injured Dylan Carlson.
I could understand taking a flyer on Carlson as there is some upside possible, but not at the expense of a good, proven SP who has seemingly regained his CY form.
