4This is a clever swap of 1y/3rd arb, pre-non-tender OFers. Hernandez gives LAD a year of RHP as insurance for Thompson ( if they pass on the 30m AAV SS FAs). If Belli has big comeback, Tor could try to extend a superstar. 2 minor league propects for Pepiot is the price LAD pays. I doubt LAD pays 4m but perhaps a PTBNL.

I doubt LA does this. Beyond 2023 it is basically a trade of Pepiot (11.9 sv) for Kloffenstein and Hiraldo (2.1 combined sv)
Plus the Cash. No way
Really a swap of 1y/ Hermandez for 6y/Pepiot so I would reject it.
