This is the trade the Phillies should make ONLY if they sign Cody Bellinger, which they absolutely should do because Bellinger+Cease puts them right there with Atlanta. White Sox get 2 long term pieces for Cease, one is already a solid MLB regular, so there's a low chance of the deal bombing on their end.
