6wuchu guys think?
Cleveland is not going to trade their only left-handed reliever. He is a key piece in the back end of their bullpen.
would you change the reliever to Trevor Stephan?
Personally, no. I am not trading Stephan unless something in the package makes the Guardians better in 2024 as well as the future. DeLoach does not move the needle enough for my liking.
I'll be sincere Hentges isn't going to be available in a deal... Cleveland literally has no depth in left handed reliever and high leverage arms... Now, DeLoach and Williamson fit the style of the bat Cleveland likes so you chose wisely that way, but both players have no spots in Cleveland... Also Yabbour is with the Mets now... Cleveland would have no interest in him from the Mariners since he isn't available...
I mean no offense by this at all, but from Cleveland's perspective it's a terrible deal. And no, I'm not switching out Hentges with Stephan for that offer.
