3Twins would want at least one prospect. Not a bunch of low value bench players.
I'm a Cubs fan and a Twins fan and I wouldn't do this deal if I was the Cubs, I think Tauchman could provide them that LHH but with more versatility albeit less power than Kepler. Kepler would just become a platoon-mate for the Cubs but would provide them that little bit of power they're looking for from the left-side of the plate. It would also potentially reap value from all 3 of the players as there's a roster crunch coming for the Cubs if they sign any more position players. From the Twins perspective I don't know if I'd do this deal either, it's not like they're flush with OF options but receiving Tauchman could potentially push Buxton to RF which could be a great fit for him and his huge arm and deteriorating knees. Smyly could serve as a depth starter which the Twins don't have a lot of and Wisdom would provide them that RHH DH they're in need of. All of this plus cash coming over from the Cubs would also help them in reducing salary. It's a meh trade from both sides but could fill their 2024 needs without breaking the bank or trading prospects.
