3First off: Jake Cronenworth had a injured year where he was out of position for almost the entirety of that season. His value here is *way* too low. This gets the Marlins an under contract guy, with the Padres paying for his 2024 season in order for him to up his value again. It also gets then 3 very nice prospects and a young starter/RP. Padres obviously get their guy. This deal seems pretty legit for both sides.
