2This trade is very unnecessary for the dodgers seeing that Munoz and Castillo fill no real needs for them.
Theoretically, Castillo would replace Sheehan in the rotation. But, that being said, I'd rather have Sheehan and his 6 years of team control at league minimum/arbitration salary than Castillo at $24m/year. The Dodgers also need the RHH OF depth that Pages will provide. While Munoz would be a great addition, and Busch and Stone are expendable, I just don't think it makes sense to give up that much prospect capital for a reliever. The Dodgers have had pretty great success finding solid relievers for cheap.
