1I would not do this if I'm the Cardinals. Sandoval's a solid pitcher, but I'm not moving that much talent for anything short of a legit #1 or #2 starter. Steamer projects Sandoval to be worth 2.2 WAR next season. That doesn't significantly move the needle for the Cardinals
