I don't see Cleveland trade Hentges, their only lefty reliever.

The trade meets both teams' needs. In the trade, Bieber is on a 1-year deal with a lot of issues on the health front, so the Rangers need to have some insurance. The Guardians will get back an LRP in Burke, a LF/1B bat, and a controllable LSP in Bradford.

I’m in as a Cleveland fan. I think Bradford and Harris will help. Burke is ok. If I’m the Cleveland FO I would counter with Brock Porter (5.7) instead of Burke, but otherwise I like it. Good trade.

Weaken the bullpen to get a mediocre at best pitcher in Bradford and another left-handed hitting outfielder with limited at bats against lefty pitching. I don't see the upside. I just don't get your desire to push contention back year after year while wasting the prime years of Jose Ramirez.

Hentges is much better than Burke. Bradford is not very good. Kwan is a 2 time AL Gold Glove winning LF, Josh Naylor and Kyle Manzardo will share 1B/DH. Cleveland also has a rule 5 pickup for 1B that must stay on the roster. Where is there room for Harris? Another left-handed hitting outfielder is also not what Cleveland needs.
