1Royals clear roster space by moving a long relief/starter arm who clears roster space for them in exchange for Misner who could be 4/5th OF'er with power and a LHe'd bat who could help the Royals this season. Rays get an arm who profiles similarly to Pepoit and who's flexibility could find a spot on the Rays staff this year.
