1The Cubs taking on a bit of salary by adding Farmer but who could serve as their utility setting up another trade dealing Morel for pitching either SP or RP (Case and/or Bieber from Cleveland??). Polanco can be that 2-year bridge for Matt Shaw and add LHH to a RHH dominant lineup. On the flip side the Twins shed $17m in salary freeing them up to sign a SP, add a RHH OF with big power potential in Canario to take over in RF when Max Kepler is traded or is a FA in 2025, Arias has absolutely nasty stuff and hits 100 mph on the radar gun which the Twins covet and Christian Hernandez is a long term SS prospect who was once thought to be a top-10 prospect in the Cubs system but star dimmed a bit after his last season.
