2This would work for both teams. Manoah needs a change of scenery, and the Jays can use a good 2nd baseman. India is not great, but overall, he is above average.
Would the Red's SP need be better served if they receive a SP that has a decent chance of throwing 180 innings plus in '24? I would not be confident in Manoah's ability to do so. However, I see this deal as a roll-of-the-dice for both teams. Perhaps a deal that may help both teams, if both players rebound from 2023 results.
