1I'm a Braves fan and I haven't liked the Astros since the "Killer B's". I don't like this trade. Lance McCullers Jr. has been a really good pitcher but he's maybe/probably not pitching much, if any, in 2024. Not what I asked Santa for. I believe the Braves could use some help with the middle to back-end of their rotation now. McCullers Jr. is not helping much with that. I'm thinking bigger. Bieber on the brain. I'm in on buying low on Melton and McCullers (I suppose) but that's not the fix fir 2024. Unless there's something else and, with taking on McCuller's $, I don't think so, it's not a trade that I'm in on, as a Braves fan I do like hard cash and Melton's promise seems very tasty to me. I also do like the Braves shedding more immediate payroll. However, at the end of the day, I'm "no". It's a cool trade idea. I'm a "yes" for the idea of it.
