Orioles are needing a top end starter, and have been a popular landing spot for Cease. They would get thier guy and would absolutely would be fine with what BTV says is an overpay. White Sox keep on stacking young talent in thier rebuild. Hall will at least become a high octane and high end reliever, and if he reins in his command he can be a starter. Westburg is the star of htis package, I really think he will be a nice big leaguer. Baumiester is the lottery ticket here
Overpay? As an o’s fan I think it’s about right. Might even have to kick in another lower level type
