must be a Braves fan as this deal makes no sense for the Rays. Looks like you are just trying to match the values and not what the teams actually need

Rays fan here - Totally agree with you. Trade proposal is DOA with Rays FO. Half the trade value is tied up in a player they have no use for (Grissom) and a prospect who is rehabbing from TJS and will have essentially missed 2 full seasons of development as a result (Ritchie). Then there is Iglesias. LOL. Rays are trading Glas only because of his salary, so why in the world would they take on Iglesias’ salary?
