2Serious overpay offer for Cease. Ortiz and Norby represent a long term solution at 2B and SS, and have 6 years of control. Top 100 prospects on various rating systems, have hit well at AAA but are blocked in the O's organization. Hays can play all 3 OF positions, although he is basically a very good COF. Kremer replaces Cease in the rotation, 4 years of control.
I like the trade but I would get Ortiz out of the trade
