Milwaukee would want better pitching. Ferguson is a rental RP, but should be relatively cheap. Stone has too much to prove after 2023. Swap in Hurt & Pepiot for Stone and Milwaukee would talk. I think the only way the Dodgers do the deal is if they are sure they can re-sign both Burnes and Adames.

Yes Stone has more to prove, but he's got 6 years of control and is still a highly regarded prospect. I think the Brewers would have more of an issue with Lux being the majority of their returned value. I think they'd rather take on Rojas and another couple pitching prospects like Emmet Sheehan and Kyle Hurt. Question now is if the Dodgers are willing to move two high value pitching prospects and a high quality bullpen arm in Hurt.

No way on earth I'd do this deal if I'm the Brewers. I wouldn't want Lux, an infielder coming back from surgery who only has 3 years of control left, and I wouldn't want Ferguson who's only under control this season. If Brewers are trading Burnes and Adames, it means a soft rebuild, so they'd want controllable major league talent or near major league ready talent
