Stiever is trying to come back from a major injury and his return is questionable. Hackenburg is a lottery ticket to the billion dollar lottery. This would be a straight salary dump and normally something the Brewers would laugh at. However, after seeing the garbage Arnold just got for Renfroe, he might do this.
