Rays have two top prospects (Mead and Caminero) who are both 2B/3B, who both got call ups at the end of 2023 and who are currently blocked by B.Lowe and I.Paredes (4 Win players). To say the Rays have no interest in Vivas would be an understatement. Rays pass on this trade.
