Soft Pass... Not enough for Bieber...
Cleveland would for sure say no... Carlson isn't a target for Cleveland right now unless it's for someone like Tena or Gonzalez...
Hard pass. In my opinion, Carlson is overrated as well as frequently injured.
Cleveland will get more in return for Bieber or they'll just keep him and make the QO which he'll likely decline giving them the draft pick.
