This seems a bit light to me. It wouldn't be too hard for another team to do better than a toolsy 18-year-old and a struggling middle reliever.

I didn't put the proposal together to beat another offer, I did it to see if it would balance out and it does. It's a controllable reliever and a lottery ticket. Not sure if the Giants can expect to get much more from any team. If they can, they'll take it.
