5Cleveland and Texas easily say no. There is absolutely no chance that Cleveland is trading Gavin Williams in any trade package led by a reliever.
I've seen way worse, but Williams isn't available plus this is way to big of a trade to actually happen in real life...
Gallegos valued at 29.2 is laughable. If his value is 29.2 than De Los Santos' value is 35. It's certainly not 0 which has to be an oversight. Point is, Cleveland doesn't need Gallegos because De Los Santos is simply better and they sure as hell aren't giving that type of value for him. That and nobody is getting Williams.

It's not the worst trade I have seen though, Cleveland gets better on paper in 23 with this deal for sure... I agree they wouldn't be willing to part with Williams in a deal like this...
