3I really don't believe Brennan is available, and if he is, it won't be at 4.3 value. He's worth more than that to Cleveland...
Without getting into the actual number, how is it that Brennan could be rated so low to begin with? We're talking about a 24 yr old kid that started in AA ball and produced a 139 wRC+. Got promoted to AAA and produced a 122 wRC+. Got promoted to MLB and produced a 155 wRC+. On top of that he plays a very good defensive CF. He slashed 311/382/504/886 in AA, 316/367/471/838 in AAA, and 357/400/500/900 in MLB. He seems to be taking a similar path as Kwan because he is a similar player and was drafted by Cleveland for that exact reason. Clearly he isn't going to get a value rating like the top OF prospects around the league get, but he's more valuable than 4.3 IMO.
Look what Kwan was before the season started... Was Kwan even on here? Fangraphs didn't even have Brennan ranked... The ranking guys with BA and fangrpahs aren't overally fond of contact first guys with no to limited power production and don't rank them highly... Brennan has more power potential than people believe but his swing path is more doubles suited than HR suited...
