1A quick player swap. Kiner-Falefa is currently in the quagmire of Yankees infielders, and with Oswald Peraza being the consensus top shortstop in the Yankees lineup, IKF seems redundant. In return, the Yanks eat Ahmed's contract and keep the depth they want while getting a decent left fielder. On the opposite side of this trade, the D-backs give up Lourdes Gurriel Jr, who is a 4th outfielder in a crowded Arizona outfield, while also flipping Nick Ahmed's contract. In return, they get IKF, who can bridge a year or two until Jordan Lawlar is ready to go to the majors. Thoughts?
