Cleveland isn't putting Espino, Williams or Bibee in a deal. Bibee is actually the least likely to be moved of those three even if they did make any of them available. Bibee is likely to be the #2 behind McKenzie in 25...
Honestly Cleveland wouldn't even think about this... They are way to high on Bibee. From their perspective Bibee is worth the same BTV as Williams and Espino. If anything he is actually the least likely to he traded of the three. As long as the medicals pan out for Lodolo, Cleveland would trade for him on paper but my guess would be a deal around Civale plus Allen and maybe a plus 1 could happen. But Espino, Williams and Bibee just aren't available. Also Cleveland wouldn't offer near 48, more like mid 30s at best since they don't really need SPs on paper...
