Finnegan doesn’t excite me as a Rays fan. I hope we do a lot better than him to improve our Pen.
I've been higher on Finnegan in the past, but this year he's taken a step back and his Savant data doesn't paint a great picture. That said, I'd be fine parting with someone like Goss to see if the Rays can unlock another level in Finnegan.
