This proposal is centered around one year of righthander Chris Flexen at $8 million for one year of Gold Glove outfielder Ian Happ at a projected $10.6 million. Seattle would be trading from pitching depth to address a less robust outfield. The Cubs would received a longshot replacement for Happ in Cade Marlowe, a 25-year-old prospect who this year posted a .287/.377/.487/.864 line with 23 home runs, 102 RBI and 42 stolen bases in 578 plate appearances across Double A and Triple A. The draft picks would leave the Cubs, instead of the Mariners, with three selections in the first 30 next June. This website probably undervalues Flexen, whose stats over the last two seasons stacked up well to those of free agents Jameson Taillon and Taijuan Walker, who are projected to land four-year contracts in the $52 million to $54 million range.

I am fairly certian the only pick that can be traded is the Comp A pick. I am assuming the PPI is the comp for Julio ROY, I dont believe that one is trade able. Someone correct me if they heard differently.
