6I made this trade to simulate what a potential mlb player with numerous years left, a top prospect and a rising prospect that will be in the top ten of the reds prospects would look like.
I'm struggling to envision how this helps the Guardians. They are not going to carry 3 catchers and I seriously doubt they'll cut Bo's reps behind the plate. 1B and DH are tied up so I don't see Stephenson getting reps there. Cleveland surely does not need more MIF prospects. I don't think this one would be considered by Chernoff, but I could be wrong.
Interesting grouping..other groupings would work as well..
I’m basing this from the design of the Bauer trade with a mlb player top prospect and top ten prospect
Would the DBax be the third team?.. again?
I think it would be a pitching prospect instead of Jorge, but I wouldn't be against this idea... Cleveland would have Stephenson, Naylor and Fry as the 3 catchers, and both Fry and Stephenson can play off of catcher. If you switch Jorge with 1 or 2 SP prospects, I could see the deal going through on paper...
