3Meneses + Thomas from the Nats would be a great get for the Guards, Carlson + Yepez from the Cards is like a poor man's version of that... So I tried to thread the needle a bit (with some pitching to offset the loss of Bieber). Not sure if it's successful but this is what I could come up with. Tena is a throw in to make up value, wasnt quite sure what else to send to the Cards other than Bieber, but there's a variety of options
