1Trying to see how the Rays and Pirates could match up on a David Bednar trade. Carlos Santana and Ji-Man Choi (as much as I love him) shouldn't hold back a top 50 prospect like Kyle Manzardo from reaching the show sooner rather than later, giving the Pirates a long-term solve at 1B. Vasquez is still a few years away and could end up as an OF (currently he's a 3B), but it all comes down to his ability to make contact at the plate. The Rays get an elite reliever that's controllable until 2027.
