Pham is hitting well against both righties and lefties this season and is a natural left fielder. He doesn't play great defense, but will be an upgrade over the severe defensive liabilities the Yankees have played all season. Mets get Greg Weissert, reliever that has struggled in the MLB but has significant upside. Has pitched very well in the minors, especially in 2021 and 2022. Clubhouse concerns could be an issue, but Yankees have strong veteran leadership in Judge, Cole, and Rizzo.
