To be honest, the one, on paper, that fits who Cleveland would like is Vargas... I also could see Outman, but with their lack of RH hitters and Vargas being 100% the style they have been drafting and developing, my guess is it's Vargas plus Knack, Galiz type of deal before Cleveland would even think about...
