1This trade won't work for the Rays. Edman might be able to play SS for the Rays, which would solve their SS problem if Franco misses next year, but what's the point of shoring up positions of need with relatively weak players (Edman is worth 4-6 fewer Wins than Franco), if the team is trading arguably their best pitcher? If the Rays trade Glasnow, it's to bring back several good, young players/prospects with 5-6 years of control each, who will help them in 2025 on. 2024 then becomes a reset or transition year for the Rays.
