3I think the values attributed to the minor leaguers is too low, but I think that Stearns would overpay to get Burnes to the Mets just to improve his chances of signing him to a long-term contract. Those young pitchers show lots of promise and I think Acuna would fit in the Brewer middle infield, especially if Adames is traded.
Fair deal, but as Mets fan I have reservation about Burnes he's not 100% slam dunk ace Mets have hit him around braves destroy him and yes they hit a lot of guys but if I'm trading for a guy to be an ace he needs to beat the braves. I'd actually rather have Jordan Montgomery ; pitched in NY and no prospects dealt.

Montgomery would make a nice complement to Burnes. Stearns knows Burnes and this has to factored in.
