1Yanks get Stroman for stretch run and 2020. Blue Jays get two MLB-ready SPs. Loaisiga is injured, but has plus stuff and command. Cessa has shown flashes of being a back-end starter or plus reliever. Cabello is a high-ceiling OF in the lower levels.
