2This trade was originally supposed to be Myers and hosmer for Stanton only! but this simulator wanted me to add this and that to make it work.. so my proposal is just the 3 players only. Forget the other inclusions, Yankees would be happy to make that deal happen. Would the padres?

The simulator is coded to accept fair deals and overpays up to a certain point, so it's telling you that if it were just the three players that would be too much of an overpay -- on the part of the Yankees. I don't think you can assume NYY would do it, because they're getting the worse end of the deal from a valuation standpoint. I imagine the Padres would, because they're getting both the better player and the better deal.
