3O's need SP. No longer an ace, but better than Kyle Gibson if healthy. Seems about as even a trade as you could ever have. Both teams trading from strength for need and to open up playing time for younger highly rated prospects. Neither team is going to extend these guys. Same age. Do it.
I'm not even going to begin to guess what Bieber's actual value is after the Quantrill debacle. All I know is that it makes little to no sense to deal Bieber for Santander. Nothing is resolved and you're robbing Peter to pay Paul. If Bieber is dealt then I'd guess it would likely be a deal closer resembling the Civale trade.

This wouldn't be enough to get Bieber from Cleveland... They have him priced probably too high, but if the Orioles want him they would probably have to add Norby to Santander...
