This is a bold and debatable trade proposal for both teams. Fans from both teams would have justifiable reasons to both like and dislike this trade. I'll give my thoughts as I break it down for both teams. Miami: Improving Relief pitching was a top priority for GM Kim Ng and the Marlins get one of the better relief pitchers in baseball. They get a young and controllable 2B and possible future DH in Keston Hiura and he doesn't reach arbitration till 2023. A player with a high ceiling who in 2019 hit .303/.368/.570 with an OPS of .938 but had a rough 2020. They also get the left handed hitting Vogelbach who would fit nicely at 1B with the right handed hitting Aguilar. If the DH is allowed in 2021, that would also work well for these 2 players. Milwaukee: They fill 2 holes and have their starting 1B and 3B with 3 years of control. They also get a good pitching prospect in Garrett. Anderson and Cooper can also play the OF and that versitility is also valuable to the Brewers. Who says no?
