Rejected for an overpay - 5yrs of a bat for 3yrs of a SP…which one do you think is most likely to miss significant time during the next 3yrs❓Rolling the dice on an injury to the SP makes things equal.
Mariner need to trade Castillo. Trading Gilbert, Kirby, Woo, or Miller doesn’t do much for them. They’re still all in arbitration. Trading Castillo opens up cap to go after a big name bat next offseason.
