Looks fair to me. :)
The Pirates' pitchers in this trade are grossly undervalued. For instance, Skenes > Holliday. So, if the O's wanted to trade Holiday for Skenes, they would need to add value to their side of the trade. Skenes is unicorn. Holiday is not. Holiday is all projection right now. Skenes arguably might be the best pitcher in the MLs.
