4Down vote for Oakland. Cespedes is too far away and Nikhazy isn't very good.
Nikhazy was actually looking really good until his oblique strain... I actually feel like in 25, he will make his MLB debut for Cleveland... I don't think they want to move him for Blackburn
Sometimes I wonder if Cleveland's FO would move a 27 year old AAA reliver for Juan Soto and enough cash to pay out his 2024 salary.
Cleveland is in a weird spot... Like they can get into the playoffs, but they don't have all their planned pieces in the bigs yet while guys like Bieber and McKenzie aren't under control for the long term. I know McKenzie had a legit contract extension offer until his medicals didn't check out. Campbell and Espino both you can't plan on being SPs right now, it's hard to merit moving Nikhazy or Messick for a short term guy. Blackburn for sure makes sense for Cleveland to get, but I doubt they would do it at the expense of someone who is right now scheduled to be in their 25/26 rotation for Blackburn. Plus Nikhazy also isn't a hard thrower, but more of a crafty type anyways. Plus they wouldn't move him as a 1.1 value regardless of who is returning. He's one of those guys, I really don't know how they are internally rankings his value, but I have a hunch it's likely closer to 5-6 area if not higher and availability is very low... Ps. Cleveland wouldn't trade for Soto at his current value because of how much they would have to pay him. I feel like IF the contract was in half, they would be willing to give up someone who is blocked aka MIF prospects, but not one of the SP prospects...
