He's got untapped potential and is a perennial "change-of-scenery" guy. There's a 5-tool player in there, but unfortunately, he's only 2-tool in the majors. Running and Fielding. Perfect, I'll take him. He can steal bags and catch balls. All I want. If he starts on 2 in extra innings, any ball in the OF, no matter the height or depth. Game Over. We win. For Angels Fans. Ryan Jennings was drafted in 2022, currently an A+ball pitcher in the Jays Org. He is at Spring Training tho as an NRI. Profiles as a SP, actually had a good first year In A-A+, 2.70 Era in 3 starts for Vancouver. Could easily start in AA in 2024. He is 24 years old already but could be a fast flyer through the org. Strikeout/Contact guy. Idk what he throws I can't find it. I would guess he could land on the Jays' 45-50 top prospect list, whenever those get released. But let's be honest, you're trading Jo Adell, how much do you want? Surprised he wasn't cut tbh. They must believe in him a little like I do.
